The Perfect Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium pepper (sweet green), diced
    1 egg
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk to soften bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Form into loaf; put into 11 x 14-inch pan.
    Cover loaf with 1 can tomato sauce.
    Put 1/2 cup water in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
