Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 onion
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. beef bouillon or broth
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. warm sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
    Saute quickly in 1 tablespoon oil until brown.
    Remove from pan and keep warm.
    Add 2 tablespoons oil to the pan and saute mushrooms and onions about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add steak, bouillon and wine; simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add basil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Slowly add warm sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
