Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and add all other ingredients except stuffing.
Mix melted margarine with stuffing mix.
Place layer of this in bottom of greased casserole dish and add squash mixture.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
