Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells, baked
    4 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. water
    4 large peaches, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese together.
    Spread in baked pie shells.
    Cover cream cheese with sliced peaches, filling to the top of pie shells.
    Boil cornstarch, water and 1 cup sugar until thickened, then add Jell-O and set aside to cool.
    Pour Jell-O (cooled) over peaches.
    Congeal in refrigerator for several hours.
    Cover with whipped topping before serving.
    This makes 2 pies.
