Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp is best)
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat and onion.
    Mix together with milk, mustard and drained mushrooms.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and bake in a 7 x 11-inch pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 9.
