Arkansas Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deer sausage
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of Louisiana hot sauce
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. coffee
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; don't let it get hard.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add a little oil, if needed.
    Stir and cook 2 or 3 minutes. Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add hot sauce and coffee.
    Add more milk, if needed.
