Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can peaches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt margarine in quart sized loaf pan. Blend sugar and flour in a bowl. Blend in milk until smooth.
Mix cinnamon with a little sugar.
Add to the can of peaches in separate bowl.
Add vanilla flavor.
Pour milk, flour and sugar blend on top of melted margarine (don't stir).
Pour peaches on top of batter; don't stir.
Heat in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
