Carrot Salad(Marinated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Slice carrots 1/4-inch thick; cook until half done, about 8 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Mix rest of ingredients and heat to boiling.
    Cool.
    Pour over carrots.
    Slice pepper and onion; add to carrots.
    Cover tightly and let set for 12 hours before eating.
