Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add food coloring, vanilla and vinegar. Mix well. Sift together the flour, sugar, soda and cocoa. Blend the dry ingredients with the cream mixture. Pour into 2 (9-inch) cake pans (greased). Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
