Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. meat grease (lukewarm)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 can Milnot
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix grease and flour.
    Heat until mixture starts to brown. Reduce heat and add Milnot.
    Fill can with water.
    Add water, heat until thickened.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    I use a wire whisk after adding Milnot and water to prevent lumps.
