Chinese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 can black olives, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
3 to 4 slices Brick cheese, diced
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
Preparation

Combine vegetables and cheese.
Mix sugar, water, oil, pepper and vinegar.
Pour over vegetables.
Mix and let set overnight. Mix several times.
Just before serving, add croutons and mix once again.
