Savory Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean boneless pork or chicken
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry ginger
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 carrot, cut in thin strips
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped coarsely
1 stalk broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed, if desired
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Slice pork or chicken across grain in 1/8-inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in electric skillet or wok to 400\u00b0.
Stir-fry pork for 3 to 5 minutes, until pork is no longer pink.
Add vegetables, chicken broth and marinade.
Stir mixture until tender-crisp.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
Makes 4 servings.
