Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 pt. oysters in liquid
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter in skillet; toss in bread and cracker crumbs coating with butter.
    Spread half crumbs over bottom of baking dish.
    Drain oysters (keep liquid) and arrange in single layers over crumbs.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mix dash of Tabasco with the cream and 2 tablespoons of oyster liquid.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 25 minutes.
