Hamburg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. Swiss cheese
    chopped onion
    chopped pepper
    hamburg
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Saute hamburg, onions and peppers.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, pepper and dry mustard.
    Add cooked hamburg mixture.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Add cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set and cheese is browned.
