Mother'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Old English cheese
    4 oz. smoky cheese spread
    4 oz. Bleu cheese
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    parsley, freshly chopped
Preparation
    Remove cheeses from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature.
    Mix cheeses and onion with mixer until combined. Form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans and parsley.
    Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
