Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine onion, mayonnaise, eggs and soup in large bowl; mix well. Stir in broccoli. Spoon into 9-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
