Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Separate an egg and add yolk to the leftover mashed potatoes. Beat the egg white well and add that next.
Turn into a shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
Heat and brown in a hot oven.
