Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar + 2 Tbsp.
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 3/4 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon.
Beat until well mixed, then add milk.
Pour into unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 until done.
Makes 2 pies.
