Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs, mashed potatoes and flour.
    Add flour until dough is too stiff to stir.
    Then turn on to floured board and knead.
    Put into greased bowl and let rise until double.
    Punch down and roll out. Spread margarine over dough with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up and slice.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
