Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 envelope fast rising yeast
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Stir in oil and water until smooth.
Add enough flour or water to make soft dough.
Turn dough onto floured surface; knead for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth.
Press into greased 11 x 17-inch pan.
Use fingers to press up sides of pan.
Continue with your favorite ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
