Elephant Ears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a cookie sheet with shortening. Heat margarine until melted.
Set aside.
Stir flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, the baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in milk and 3 tablespoons of the melted margarine until dough forms.
