John'S Crepe Suzette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat yolks.
    Add milk, dry ingredients, lemon rind and, lastly, the stiffly beaten egg whites.
