Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast, cut into pieces
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 (20 oz.) catsup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
    brown sugar to taste
Preparation
    Put beef in roaster.
    Combine rest of ingredients, except brown sugar, and pour over meat.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 hours or until meat shreds.
    May need to add more water as meat cooks.
    Now, add brown sugar to taste, if you want.
    Keep warm in crock-pot.
    May be cooked ahead and frozen for later use.
