Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tamales (frozen or homemade)
    16 chicken breasts
    2 cans Mexicorn
    2 to 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Las Palmas enchilada sauce (19 oz.)
    2 cans pitted black olives
    olive oil to taste (no more than 1/4 cup)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts; shred meat.
    Cook tamales according to directions.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into large casserole(s) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
