1 whole egg
7 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. white sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Caramelize 3 tablespoons white sugar in a baking dish.
Caramel must cover surface of dish.
Use baking dish that is round, about 4-inches deep and 9-inch width.
Gently beat egg yolks with one whole egg.
Add condensed milk; beat gently.
Add vanilla extract.
Butter a cooled baking dish.
Pour mixture into the caramelized dish.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour over a water bath.
Leche Flan is cooked when toothpick comes out clean.
