Oven Steamed Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
7 c. boiling water
1 stick butter (more or less to taste)
Preparation

Combine rice, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13 inch pan, ungreased. Dot the top with butter and pour boiling water over top.
Stir until butter is melted.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Do not peek or stir.
Serves 12 to 15.
