Strawberry Whipped Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed or 1/2 c. sweetened sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream *
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar *
fresh strawberries (optional)
Preparation

Drain 1/2 package of frozen sliced strawberries; set remainder aside for garnish.
Puree drained frozen or fresh strawberries in blender or sieve to equal 1/4 cup puree.
Beat cream with confectioners sugar until stiff; fold in strawberry puree.
Makes about 1 cup of topping.
