Ginger Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. mixed spices
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add molasses and eggs.
Add flour with spices.
Put soda in cup; pour hot water and stir.
Put into cake mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
