Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. crushed walnuts
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, half the walnuts, green pepper, onions and salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in bowl.
Chill. Remove cheese ball wrapped in plastic and shape into a ball. Coat the outside with chopped walnuts.
