Patriotic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
1/4 c. butter
strawberries
Preparation

Set out ice cream to soften.
Cut butter into dry muffin mix. Place in casserole dish; do not press.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes until mix begins to brown.
Remove and let cool.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.
Add softened ice cream and top with crumb mixture. Freeze.
Top with blueberries from muffin mix and sliced strawberries.
Let pie sit about 5 minutes before slicing.
