Clams Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    paprika
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 cans chopped clams (about 16 oz. or more; undrained)
Preparation
    Saute the chopped onion and pepper in the butter until soft. Add rest of ingredients, including clams with their juice; mix well.
    Spread in shallow oven-proof dish (a quiche dish or pie plate works well).
    Top with paprika and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or Fritos.
