Chili In The Pressure Cooker - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
3 c. water
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans or 4 c. kidney beans
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onions and peppers in cooking oil. Add remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Cover. Set control at 15 pounds pressure and cook for 10 minutes after it starts jiggling.
Cool cooker. Add kidney beans and simmer for a few minutes.
