Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. shrimp, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Clean and boil shrimp.
    Saute onion in margarine until tender. Make a sauce by adding soup, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Fold rice and shrimp into sauce.
    Fold in sour cream and pour into 1-quart buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Heat in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
