Sweet Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ears corn
    4 large onions, chopped
    2 sweet peppers, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 qt. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and mix together good.
    Cook 20 minutes in open jars.
    Seal at once.
    Yields 8 pints.
