Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in double boiler. Add eggs, milk and vinegar. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick. Add butter; cool. May be stored in refrigerator for 1 month. Makes 1 quart.
