Stir-Fry Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium green cabbage
1 small onion, sliced
2 small carrots, grated
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Wash and drain cabbage wedges and carrot sticks.
Coarsely shred cabbage and grate carrots.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add grated carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute; add cabbage, onion, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and sugar.
Stir-fry for 3 additional minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir ingredients constantly.
Yields approximately 5 servings.
