Shrimp-Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    1 c. crab meat
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Top with crackers.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
