Old Fashion Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 pkg. crescent rolls
raisins (optional)
cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Blend cheeses.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each egg.
Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with rolls, pressing seams together.
Pour in batter.
Top with cinnamon and raisins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
If using a glass pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cake inside 5 to 7 minutes.
