Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. Longhorn cheese (Cheddar)
    1 pt. half and half
    1 stick margarine
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; melt and pour over hash browns. Arrange hash browns in a casserole dish.
    Let stand one hour. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
    Cover last 15 minutes.
