Swiss Steak(Stove Top) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Flour steak and brown in oil.
    Remove from skillet and drain oil.
    Pour 1 can tomatoes in skillet.
    Place steak on top and pour remaining can of tomatoes on steak.
    Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
