Famous Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2 loaves sandwich bread
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. sugar with 4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.
Trim crust off bread and roll slices flat with rolling pin.
Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll.
Pinch seam.
Dip in butter, then roll in sugar. Place in ungreased cookie sheet.
Freeze overnight (or until needed).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Great for making ahead and baking when wanted.
