Brignole Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. flour
    1 oz. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    2 oz. ground Prosciutto ham
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 oz. white wine
    1 oz. butter
    3 whole raw chicken breasts
Preparation
    Cut breasts in halves.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Slice into thin pieces and pound between waxed paper.
    Dip chicken into mixture of salt, pepper, sage and flour.
    Brown garlic; remove.
    Saute chicken until brown; remove.
    Add ham, mushrooms and onion to pan and cook until tender.
    Return chicken to pan and add wine.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add butter and remove from heat.
