Gingered Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh pear, with or without peel
1 c. (medium size) coarsely chopped apple, with or without peel
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
In small jar, stir together remaining ingredients; pour over fruits, tossing to blend.
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
