Evelyn'S Bible Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Judges 5:25 (butter)
    2 c. Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar)
    2 tsp. 1 Samuel 14:25 (honey)
    6 Jeremiah 17:11 (eggs)
    1 1/2 c. Judges 4:19 (milk)
    4 1/2 c. 1 Kings 4:22 (flour)
    2 tsp. Amos 4:5 (baking soda)
    1 c. 1 Samuel 30;12 (raisins)
    1 c. Nahum 3:12 (figs, chopped)
    1 tsp. 2 Chronicles 9:9 (spices and cinnamon)
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and honey.
    Add eggs, spices and vanilla. Add flour and milk alternating, beginning with and ending with flour.
    Add raisins and figs.
    Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
