Texas Crab Grass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    8 oz. fresh or frozen cooked crabmeat, flaked
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. dry sherry or Sauterne
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach. Saute onion in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
