Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned and halved
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 envelope Hollandaise Sauce mix
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
Preparation

Pound to flatten chicken.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook onion and celery in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Remove from heat.
Add 3 tablespoons wine, crab meat and stuffing mix; toss.
