Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in blender for 30 seconds on blend. Sift last 3 ingredients together.
Combine both solutions and mix with spoon.
(Add walnuts, raisins or fruit, if you want.)
Bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes or until top is brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
