Chocolate Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add salt, baking powder and sugar and beat until stiff.
Fold in cookies and nuts.
Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
