Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices soft bread, diced
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage (Owens hot), cooked
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Place diced bread on bottom of an 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Put cooked sausage over top of cheese.
