Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cubed
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    water
    chili powder
    cayenne pepper
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and American)
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan
    over
    low heat.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add\ttomato\tsauce and stir.
    Sauce should be thick, but not
    stiff.
    Add
    water\tto desired consistency. Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
    Mix 1/4 cup sauce with chicken.
    Fill
    tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll up and place in rectangular casserole dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over tortillas
    and
    sprinkle
    with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and chicken is heated throughout.
